Get help with business computers, office Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365, and employee account setup. We review the issues interrupting your team, discuss ongoing support, and plan changes around the work your business needs to get done.
Review who can access email and shared documents, strengthen sign-in protections, and organize access as staff join or leave. We also help review backups and recovery priorities for the information your business depends on.

Yes. Our Brooklyn-based team visits client sites across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Share your location and the systems you need help with so we can discuss the scope and arrange a visit.
Yes. Tell us your working hours, busy periods, and any times when changes would interrupt your operations. We will discuss timing as part of the support plan. Our regular hours are Monday–Thursday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m.–2 p.m., Eastern Time. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
Yes. We provide AI implementation and training. Start by sharing the tasks you want to improve and the tools you already use. We can discuss a practical starting point, the setup involved, and training for the people who will use it.
